SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pomire. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package directly on our website or via international tracking services.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Pomire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For UK Customers: In accordance with UK tax laws, Value Added Tax (VAT) for orders under £135 is collected at checkout where applicable. For orders over £135, any import duties and local VAT incurred upon arrival in the UK are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at our support email if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
