Our Return & Refund Policy

At PUMIRE LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@pomire.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
